Film chip technology swells Sunday
At present, LED lighting manufacturer chip technology is key to the development of crystal growth technology substrate round. Base material in addition to the traditional sapphire materials, silicon (Si), silicon carbide (SiC) beyond, zinc oxide (ZnO) and gallium nitride (GaN) is also the focus of current research.
